O ponto mais alto da nossa visita foi, sem dúvida, o staff. Todos os colaboradores foram espetaculares: extremamente atenciosos, prestáveis e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. "Great stay! Wonderful staff- kind and helpful. Loved the restaurant- delicious food and attentive staff. Room was quiet and clean. Walking distance from the city's namesake. If you have a need to be in Castelo Branco, I highly recommend. "

"Staff was very helpful and friendly!
The pool is a community pool, but the hotel has a section of reserved chairs for hotel guests.
eBikes were included in the reservation so we biked for ~30 minutes to go down by the river and make it easier to get back up to the hotel.
Free, onsite, self parking is always nice!"
