"No utensils to cook with. Minimal paper cups. Bed was horribly stiff. Both my husband and I woke up in the middle of the night in severe pain. His lower back and ribs, my neck and shoulder. Pillows are worthless. They go flat where your head is giving no support. Otherwise the room was great. Clean. Very quiet. Great location. Safe area. "

"Staff are very friendly. The facility is undergoing a renovation and our building hadn't yet been hit. Furnishings and general condition are dated but clean. The beds were remarkably comfortable, at least for us. If staying downtown near the museum and official buildings, you can't beat the location or the hotel itself."

"The location was good and the room was fairly clean. I had to bring my own towels because they just did not have enough for daily showers. Also, the Wi-Fi was pretty weak."
