Regarding to the food, we are working in the menu, but it is very important to take into account that the logistic for a hotel located in a remote place is not the same like the old town. The only thing we can't control is the color of the sea because every time it changes. We really sorry for the pool, we had a problem during your stay with us. Dear Mr Olumide, Unfortunately we think you did not book the right place regarding all your requests. When we received each reservation we sent to our guests important informations. We are located from Cartagena like 1 hour and 30 minutes by land. For sure you can get by boat but it's more epensive. We are surrounded by nature, it is normal to find mosquitoes in the area, especially in the rainy season. The rate includes breakfast, if you want to have dinner and lunch you have to pay for additional. It's very important to take into account all the sugestion before the check in day. For our hotel the most important thing all clients feel happy and satisfied. Best regards,
