"Our stay at DdlF was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a different world: peaceful, idyllic, and exactly the escape we needed after two bustling days in Paris.
We stayed in the Suite Colette, which was perfect for our family, as our teenager had his own bedroom. The suite itself was exceptional: the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the modern, spotless and modern bathroom was remarkably spacious by French standards.
The property grounds look as though they were lifted straight from a French novel. Its peaceful, rural setting was ideal for us - just 15 minutes from Bayeux and about an hour from Mont Saint-Michel, making it a perfect base for exploring the region.
What I will remember most, however, are Clémence and the unforgettable breakfasts included with our stay. Everything was extraordinary, from the beautiful garden setting to the delicious food itself. I still dream about those breakfasts. Missing them would be a crime!
Clémence, if you're reading this, thank you for making our stay so special. You are a true gem of a host, and you should be incredibly proud of the wonderful place you've created. We cannot wait to return.
Cheers,
Francesco & Eireen"
"A lovely friendly stay hotel is showing its age somewhat but rooms have all you need. No lift and narrow stairs and corridors but part of its charm! Brasserie and separate breakfast room downstairs."
"Expensive, very basic, poor customer service. I always used to use this hotel but now I only use if no others are available as everything about the hotel has got worse over time.

"Stayed for one night as part of cycle trip with a group. Downstairs garage for Stephanie of bikes. Located around retail area which is not ideal for centre of Saint Malo.
Good sized and comfortable. Bath in room was great after a day cycling.
Breakfast a little over-priced.
Helpful front desk."
"Ibis hotel was very cleaned the staff helpful however it is located in a commercial area not very close to shops however i will be gladly stay there again."
