We appreciated the laundry machine since this was part of a longer trip. Nice rooftop view from bedroom balcony. Very quiet building and felt very safe. Easy to enter building and room with provided phone app/site. Not a whole lot of restaurants nearby, but several close grocery/convenience stores in the area. About a ten minute walk...
