"The room, bathroom were not really cleaned properly as there was so much dust in the room,cupboards , the sink in the bathroom had a lot of stains, no means to clean the room were available no hoover or broom. The apartment wasn’t even the one I booked as it looked nothing like that. It was advertised with more than 1 bed but that wasn’t true, the living room looked nothing like then pictures and please don’t make me start with the check in process as the “receptionist “ did not speak English...

I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid.
