Room and lobby were beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and multilingual. I heard Spanish, French, English, and Arabic being spoken there.

The room was big and comfortable. The program card for the air-conditioner didn’t match the unit so couldn’t be operated, however that wasn’t a problem…come summer it may well be. Expect a laidback approach to service in the restaurant and you won’t be disappointed, otherwise great.

Casablanca has so much to offer, you have to get lost and just walk to figure out this gem of a city.
Busy place but nice. Beach mall is fantastic. If you get a red cab just make sure that the driver switches on the meter.
Watch the traffic - it's just like Cairo. Choked with cars and the traffic "laws" are .... unique. Friendly people though, I didn't have any problems walking all over the city, even in the Medina.
Rick's bar great for a special dinner but wear trousers (or visit the shopping mall opposite to buy them).
