"I never write a bad review but do feel mislead about the value of my booking. It is a contactless guesthouse with access to offsite reception from 3-7:30. "Excellent location! Modern furniture and fixtures in the room. Very nice and clean. Air conditioner works great which we really appreciated in the hot weather. Never received the detail check-in procedures from apartment management, but we ran into the cleaning person when we arrived and he was able to give us the keys and relevant information, so it worked out. "The staff was very helpful, we were going to miss the 11pm check in deadline because of a train delay, the staff stayed until 1130 for us to make sure we had a place to stay. Also, we had trouble getting a taxi for our cruise and the staff found a way to get us there. Very helpful, very nice. One room for 8 people was great too. We were able to keep our family together in one room. Would stay again"

"We couldn't open our window there was a giant metal shutter covering the window. You could not see out. Room was basic but clean. Was on the 7th floor and had the smallest elevator. We would consider coming back as there is no real complaints and the location was great."
