"The best place to stay if you're spending time in Florence. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and clean with such a nice vibe. Even the area was nice and everything was walking distance. Definitely recommend!!"

"Professionally run hostel, very attentive staff. My only frustration was that there did not seem to be a place where I could work without disrupting anyone because the common area had such loud music that it made it very difficult to have phone calls or to concentrate."

"The property was clean and beautifully maintained inside and out. The front desk ladies and gentlemen were extremely pleasant as well as the courteous and lovely dining staff. The breakfast was perfect with a wonderful selection of choices. Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. I cannot recommend this wonderful property enough. We look forward to visiting again someday!! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great for exploring Florence and near the train station. Our Deluxe room was very spacious and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We came back to our room one evening to discover a bottle of wine had arrived for us with the hotels compliments! Will be back one day!"
