Das Hotel ist sehr nett eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, sowohl Strand, Ort mit Geschäften, Altstadt und Burg sind fußläufig erreichbar. Von der Dachterrasse sieht man das Meer - leider hatte unsere Junior Suite keinen eigenen Balkon. Fahrradausleihe ging problemlos - allerdings macht man mit diesen Fahrrädern keine weiten Fahrradtouren - für eine kleine Spritztour aber o.k.. Achtung: Es steht kein, wie in der Anzeige beworben, Whirlpool und auch kein kostenfreies Mineralwasser zur Verfügung. Im Fernsehen gibt es lediglich italienische Sender. Slow elevator
Where nice and clean family room. Unfortunately no balcony. The elevator was scaringly slow, mot for claustrophobics like my wife. This was the most expensive room during our Italy trip and I have to say the overall standard and service did not match the price. No real breakfast options on site.

About breakfast you could also buy the vouchers at Reception and enjoy a beautiful italian breakfast with sea view in a beach club situated only 80 meters from hotel.SincerelyElena

Piccolo hotel confortevole
Piccolo hotel 3 stelle vicino al lungomare di Castiglione. La quarta stella evidentemente non c'è per mancanza di servizi quali ristorazione, concierge 24h, parcheggio adiacente (ce n'è uno gratuito a molta distanza), convenzioni con i bagni sulla spiaggia, etc. Però è molto ben tenuto, curato, molto pulito, le stanze sono ben insonorizzate rispetto alla strada (poco trafficata). E' affidato ad una gestione tutta al femminile e si vede, in positivo. Il buffet a colazione è un pò limitato ma le signore gentili sono disponibili ad accontentare tutti i palati. Non è un hotel economico, ma Castiglione non lo è da nessun punto di vista.

Weekend indimenticabile
Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in famiglia, accolti in modo impeccabile da personale gentile e disponibile. Eccellente posizione a poche centinaia di metri dalle spiagge, comfort e pulizia. Ci torneremo quanto prima!!!La colazione in terrazzo, “superlativa”.

Excellent small hotel
We biked for two days and stayed one night. Was off season and staff was very attentive. good area to store bikes over night. Excellent breakfast. I would stay her again.

Das Hotel ist super schön. Es befindet sich fussläufig zum Strand. Es ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war phänomenal, der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ebenso. Die Ausleihe der kostenlosen Fahrräder funktionierte reibungslos. Es war alles perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.

This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at since I have been in Europe for five weeks. Great hotel in Castiglione della Pescaia, Italy
This was our first time in Castiglione della Pescaia. Hotel C'era una volta was fabulous, the room and bathroom were spacious, the room had a very pleasant smelling scent, the room had a balcony with a table and chairs. Elena, the manager was extremely helpful with the parking and providing information about the city. The hotel is very well situated, only a short walk to the beach. Breakfast is served at a rooftop dining area which overlooks the beach. This is an excellent hotel with a fabulous location. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and location!
We only stayed one night for a quick visit to the coast. This town is very small, but there are quite a few restaurants. The hotel was more than what we expected for a two-star hotel. Very clean and nice. The room we had was a suite and it was very nice and large by European standards. The location was very close to the beach and the old town area. The staff were very helpful and nice. Overall I would say this is a good hotel for a shorter stay.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal in Cera una volta , aber wahrscheinlich wird es das letzte mal gewesen sein. Die Lage ist zwar immer noch hervorragend, aber leider ist die Seele des Hotels nicht mehr da. Chiara fehlt an allen Ecken und Enden. Die neue Leitung versucht zwar auch freundlich zu sein, jedoch steht nun eindeutig der Profit an erster Stelle. Als "Wiederholungstäter" fiel uns dies besonders am Frühstück auf, wo es zu mehreren Einsparungen kam. Zwar ist es für italienische Verhältnisse sicher immer noch gut, aber vorher war es deutlich besser. Es ist auch nicht wirklich gastfreundlich, während des Frühstücks neben den Gästen zu putzen und die Terrassenmöbel wegzuräumen, auch wenn Mitte Oktober (bei herrlichem Wetter und morgens 21 Grad) nur noch wenige Gäste im Freien frühstückten. Leider ist auch die nette ältere Dame nicht mehr da, der das Wohl der Gäste sehr am Herzen lag. Die Nachfolgerin ist oft nicht da und fragt grundsätzlich nicht nach den Wünschen, sodass man als Gast gezwungen wird, wegen eines Cappuccinos mehrmals auf die Suche nach der Mitarbeiterin zu gehen. Sehr schade!!!

Gutes Hotel in Strandnähe
Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitengasse.Zum Strand sind es ca. 100m, zur Stadt mit Restaurants etc. ca. 200m. Das Frühstüch war von der Qualität sehr gut und auch reichlich. Einnehmem konnte man das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse im 3. Stock. Es gab auch ei raum, der aber eher klein war. Die Zimmer waren groß und man hatte viel Platz. Man konnte in der Nähe parken, was wohl daran lag, dass die Saison zu Ende ging. Der eigentliche Parkplatz des Hotels liegt ca. 200m weg. Sollte aber auch kein Problem sein. Ich würde das Hotel wieder wählen.

Camere molto pulite, arredate con gusto e con attenzione nei particolari, molto accogliente ... noi abbiamo soggiornato nella Junior Suite, molto gradevole, sembra di essere a casa piu che in un hotel. Deliziosa la colazione servita sul terrazzo, dove si può godere anche di una vasca idromassaggio e di un'area relax con sauna... una meraviglia. La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro e a poca distanza dal mare. Lo consiglio vivamente ...

Piacevole soggiorno
Il breve soggiorno al C'era una volta è stato molto piacevole. Posizione vicino al mare, camera pulita e ben organizzata con doccia molto comoda, e poi l'ottima e abbondante colazione servita in terrazza.
