"arrived pretty late after 10.30 pm. welcomed by friendly staff, reasonable priced parking at £9 overnight, the Room was spot on, immaculately clean, as was the Shower / Toilet"

"Terrible check-in. After a 3 hr journey I waited for approx 10mins at 'Reception' (a computer at the bar!) just wanting to find out where the hotel car-park was while a staff member had a long, long, discussion on the phone about a booking and my friend had pulled in to a lay-by outside. Only 2 staff ..."
