Really attentive staff. Comfortable room. Lovely food in the restaurant.

Good location for transit

lovely place, 100% recommend

The hotel was almost new when I stayed there. Great amenities, great breakfast and very welcoming and helpful front of house team.

Outstanding Service That Made Our Stay Unforgettable! As we arrived at the hotel the start wasn’t good one as there was some misunderstanding but I was amazed how quickly receptionist managed to resolve that misunderstanding really quickly. the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond at every turn to make sure we felt welcomed, valued, and completely looked after. Every team member we interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was warm,...

Reception staff in this hotel were really helpful & supportive Rooms were spacious, clean & well maintained The only thing was the dostance from closest shopping centre & local restaurants but taxi was available & unlike cetral Istanbul taxi drivers were really polite & local restaurants in Arnavutkoy very good: reasonable prices & good food. Best option for me to stay overnight to catch flights

Small room but very comfortable well arranged with a very nice and welcome bath to soak away those tied muscles. No restaurant in the hotel, nor close to local facilities, but room service available at reasonable extra charge in TL. Not Euro like manny of the other hotels nearby.

I love everything about this hotel.. their services were amazing, with excellent staffs. I really enjoyed my stay and i highly recommend

Lovely hotel

Clean room Breakfast Staff

We found the hotel to be a perfect stop off for a night travelling to/from Istanbul airport. Airport to the hotel transfer was arranged efficiently, all the staff were professional and polite. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The Turkish breakfast was lovely.

Staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. They ran a couple of errands for us (my dad is 87 and was a bit tired). They offered to take care of things without being asked. Breakfast was very good. The bar is non alcoholic, something that is not clear from the listing on hotels.com

Great staff and location easy to access from the airport

10/10 – Excellent in every way! I had a wonderful stay at Cosinüs Airport Hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the hospitality and friendly staff. The service was outstanding, and I felt very welcome. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything! ❤️
