"We were driving across Sicily in the middle of of the night. We arrived around 3-4 am Construction all around the building can’t find a sign or nothing. There’s a lock box the manager says has an electronic key. We call the manager. He says he doesn’t speak English but then he starts speaking. Go through the maintenance area up elevator to 2. Then he says go to another floor. Then he says go to another floor. My daughters were the ones checking it out they said it looks dirty and he can’t...

"The apartment itself is OK! It’s whoever’s operating the place that is a complete disaster! The AC was not working when we arrived! And we contacted the person to fix numerous times they responded to us once with something that was unhelpful, and they never responded again not even when we purely asked that they prorate our fee so that we could stay somewhere else! DO NOT stay here!"

"Wir haben lange nach der Unterkunft gesucht, da die angegebene Hausnummer nicht existierte. Der Besitzer antwortete erst später und gab uns eine andere Hausnummer, was sehr mühsam war. Das Zimmer roch nach Schimmel, die Bettlaken und Polster waren schmutzig und es gab keine Handtücher – wir mussten selbst welche kaufen! Als wir den Besitzer darauf ansprachen, erhielten wir keine Antwort mehr."
