"Sent us to wrong address 2 hrs away, then once we called for what we booked they sent us to a dirty room with bugs inside it, false advertising no trees or woods anywhere. No one ever got back or replied we immediately left."

"The room was clean and well stocked for our week. The hot tub and pool were well maintained. The location was central to all the point of interest that we had booked."

"It was a clean room that had been recently painted and new floor in room. However, carpet in hallways was filthy and old, needed replaced. Continental breakfast but I went to Denny's for real food. Price through app was good. Back hallway entrance apparently didn't work from outside, so there was a rock placed to hold door open. I did see where someone moved it later though so the door would stay locked for the night."

"Experiencia lamentablemente, es ilegal que no se realice el reembolso cuando el hotel estaba fuera de servicio por un desastre natural (Incendio Forestal) desde el día 19 de junio y tanto JuniPine Resort como Expedia lo sabían y aun así hicieron una reservación el 25 de junio, eso es FRAUDE."

"Love property and big sized rooms. Stay here often unfortunately we got bad service this time. Called twice for coffee and had no soap in bathroom. Had to walk up to front desk to get some. Although had bad service this time will still stay again. Location is prime. Nice balcony’s and pool area"
