"I was disappointed in Best Western condition. We stayed in 3 different locations. Only one had a very friendly and helpful staff at check in. All of them look uninviting from the outside. However all three seemed to be updated inside and were pretty clean. We use to stay in Best Western when we were younger and enjoyed our stay. We did not eat breakfast in two of them as breakfast served in a different building. "

"We had a nice, spacious room and really like the brand of soap, shampoo, lotion on the wall dispenser. Comfortable bed/pillows & air conditioning unit worked well!. Nice pool area w shower that has hot/cold water & soap dispenser! Noticed a thin film on water surface, possibly due to body lotion? Water temperature was pleasant! The gym had a very nice Pelotron bike, but was missing the screw that adjusts handlebar height! There was only one receptionist during late afternoon check-in and he was busy trying to answer phones, greet people! A couple hours later another receptionist arrived & the cookies were made. "

"This property does not allow pets. I have an assistance dog and that was fine, but there was nothing on the site that stated that it does not allow pets. There is an issue with people loitering (and littering) in the area. Because of this, there is a lot of garbage in the parking lot and grassy area near the road left behind daily. It appears that the staff cleans it up about once per day; you really can't expect them to clean the outside property round the clock. The breakfast was great; each morning, there was a different type of protein. The 5 mornings I was there, I did not get bored by being served the same old thing each day. Housekeeping came and cleaned my room every day. Typically, I find that while staying 5 nights at other hotels, I would only have housekeeping twice. But they cleaned every day! The staff was wonderful. They never failed to be happy and greet me with a "Good Morning" even at 4am! I will definitely stay here again when work brings me back to town."
