"Overall a great stay. Everything is very new and modern. The staff were very nice and the location is perfect for walking around the city. My only issue was that parking felt like a scam. Almost $20 a day for an open access public parking garage that can get very full on the weekends. We struggled to find a spot sometimes. "

"What a fun and enjoyable place for a family trip! The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and fun to explore the train cars, the nice pool and the lovely area with the Green for kids to play, etc. We had a nice room with a small patio, which was great for the kids to have breakfast, sit and do coloring, etc.We didn't try the restaurant but it looked fabulous and very popular. Hotel is in a great area and we enjoyed walking around and exploring, trying food at various restaurants and just checking out Chattanooga! We can't wait to go back!"
