Janet was incredibly helpful, she provided an ice compress for some bad insect bites I picked up in Cartagena and was on hand with ice bucket and extra bin bags when we decided to order in pizza. "So this feels more like a homestay than hotel. But the staff and hosts are very friendly. You get breakfast but for me one day I woke up late and they asked me to join for lunch instead. So that's very nice. I think location wise close to San Antonio area and price is good too. For what I paid I think I got good service and help from everybody so I liked it."
