"I am a repeat guest at this location. The room was clean and was comfortable. I did have a bit of trouble on checking in, the room given me was not the one I had reserved. I had reserved one of the "special needs" rooms. I have shoulder and knee issues and the set up in these rooms meet my needs. I was told those rooms were unavailable. The first room they gave me did not have a fridge. The second was ok, but was not completely satisfactory to my needs, it was on the first floor which I liked. On Monday, Samantha was on the desk, I have dealt with her before, and she is great at helping guests with issues. I explained the issue; she reviewed it and remarked that I should have been given the reserved room as expected. Samantha took care of me and put me in room 122 within an hour of our chat. Other than the check in issue, my stay was great and I will be back. Samantha is a gem and should be recognized for her professionalism and attentiveness. Her dedication truly made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable."
