"I personally don't like having to carry 25 kg of linen on my back across 400 m, and then spend one hour putting the linen on the beds, coming back to the reception because they did not give us the right set, puzzling over which linen goes where, etc. Sure they provide caddies, but they seem to always be taken or in a state of disrepair. "The kids loved the animals (pig, chickens, rabbit, donkeys, horse, goats, ram) right outside our door. Nice sized kitchen and living area. Toilet up and down stairs. Two rooms upstairs with comfortable beds and blankets. Pool was a bit cool but loved dry and wet sauna. It seemed they had many amenities but we were there in off season and they were not really explained to us. Like they had basketball courts but no ball… Tons of things to do close by: monkeys, dinosaurs, caves, castles,...

"Lodge was well maintained! Everything worked. Heating/ cooling was welcome as the weather was often wet and cool! Not very comfortable! Getting a little bit shabby! Lovely spacious parkland was well maintained? Overall met our expectations and pretty good value for money! "
