"The room was in poor condition. Lots of gunk on the furniture and walls. The tub was really dirty. Spooge in the corners. This place needs some serious work. It is pet friendly but another guest let their dogs bark until 12:46 am and up again and barking at 6:40 am. We got very little sleep. Never again at this place. I complained about the dogs to the staff in the morning and they were very understanding. However, that doesn’t make our stay any better."
"Was very nice to have complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, which was more like a meal. Also had hot breakfast with real eggs, not powdered. Very clean and our dog was welcomed. Very friendly workers. "
"I was not impressed with the front staff on the day I checked in. She was trying to help me, but she was also talking on the phone. My opinion it didn't sound like a business call. :("
"Checking in was great. Nice clerk, nice room. Then rain came & water was leaking. Moved us to a horrible dirty room! And not friendly about it. This room was so dirty, towels not in bathroom in closet on top of safe, peeling ceiling & wallpaper. Couldn’t even put your toothbrush on the counter. Did not book a handicapped room. I would never recommend this hotel.
One nice spot was Chrissy in the restaurant. She was bartender, waitress & bus staff. She was awesome.
Everything was sticky & dirty. We didn’t even shower.

"The room was ready upon arrival. However, the next day the room wasn't even cleaned! This hotel is not family friendly. You can hear the guests above. I went with my 2yr old grandson and every time he used the bathroom, the guests downstairs would call and complain about the walking. I know the front desk felt horrible about it, but they still would call. I did not call and complaint about the guests above because it was a hotel and people have to walk in their rooms. It's a structural issue. The breakfast was not good. Bagels were hard as a rock, pancakes were thin and battery, fruit was old, bruised, mushy, and not fresh. I would not stay here again"
