Had a great stay with one minor exception, I think it was prom night as the teenagers were having a good time until 3am for 2 nights of our stay. I was young once so will give it a pass. Enjoyed the pool and location can’t be beat. Would stay here again for sure.

The staff was very unhelpful. No room service, take out available until 9pm, breakfast takeout not available on the weekends.Extemely limited menu and quite expensive for the quality. Hotel Monteleone, New Orleans
We stayed in the older tower. Our room was not nice. Carpet was bad, toilet was so noisy, and walls need paint. For the money it was definitely not worth it. The staff was great. The garage for our car was great. The pool was full of bugs. It needs some attention
