"When we arrived the Ranch the reception staff informed us we had been upgraded to a lodge at no extra cost. Brilliant the room was clean with a sitting room. Nice bathroom with a large shower room. Two televisions and two queen size beds. We stayed 3 nights and visited the restaurant on all of them. Food was nice and the staff really friendly. Considering the location the prices were reasonable $25 for a burger and $10 for a beer both quality though. Great location to visit Death valley park. In...

"Physically the property was pretty just like the on line pics. The rooms lacked storage and for the high price no water or tv was provided. The wait staff was slow and lacked training. As an example, was told the restaurant didn’t offer a latte, but I was free to go Nextdoor to their shop, purchase one and bring it back to the restaurant. That makes no sense as a trained professional would have run over, got the drink and added the cost to your bill. The staff was friendly, but lacked the skills...
