"Amazing. Service staff and rooms at a decent price."

"This maybe a small hotel but our experience was great. Check in process was fast and staff were pro active to our needs. Since we travelled as a family, they allowed us to do an advance order of food in their resto while our kids were swimming in the pool. We showered and changed, and they sent someone in our room to let us know that our order was ready and gave us the option for room service or if we want to dine in their restaurant. When we arrived in the resto, our food was ready to be served. Rooms were clean and one of the few hotels around Clark that has 2 beds and a kitchenette. Parking was a bit of a challenge but there are guards who can assist you. Location is near the border of Clark Freeport Zone but it is conveniently located near a mall and there are nearby convenient stores. We will consider this hotel again because of our experience with the superb customer service. I hope they can maintain their hospitality. "

"While the hotel was clean and staff was very professional and very friendly, the entire hotel looked old compared to the newer hotel and casino that was built next to it. The breakfast buffet however was very sumptuous and the variety was great. Again staff was very professional and service was quick."

"Excellent stay. Upgraded for first time stay to use Club which was wonderful for breakfast. Goji restaurant was superb. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially concierge (Allen and Patrick), who helped us with transportation."
