"The resort was a perfect oasis in Santa Fe. The living room was a cozy spot for a drink, snack and some music. The pool and spa were amazing. The complimentary yoga in the garden was so very peaceful. Luminaria was delicious and tranquil. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean and the beds comfortable. We had a room with a terrazzo, which I highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back :)"
"Spotlessly clean interesting art and historical decor. Worth the money and perfect location for a first time stay in Santa Fe. Enjoyed the restaurant, rooftop bar, poolside lounging, and cute shops and bakery. Staff were so kind and knowledgeable, and even upgraded my dark 2nd floor room to a top floor with a balcony and view. Just a perfect stay."
"We had a good stay at the hotel. Superb location. Great dining and shopping in old town within walking distance. Close to the highway for easy access. Free self-parking is a plus, more and more hotels are only doing Valet at crazy high prices! Front staff was very nice and helpful too.
Our only minor complaints would be the hotel is starting to show it's age. The rooms were clean. But, for an upscale price at this hotel, the furniture could be newer and refurbed. Plus, we thought the A/C was loud for sleeping."
"Suite could be cleaner.
Kitchen floor was dusty and had food crumbs. A bowl in cabinet was dirty.
Toilet needed to be brushed better.
Hanging light was burnt out and toilet tank leaked. But was taken care of by maintenance man in a timely matter.
Laundry room needed to be cleaned.
Overall staff was friendly and helpful."
