Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe

"How do they do this? That's what my wife and I kept saying about The Drury Santa Fe. Breakfast, Kickback at 5:30; which is essentially dinner and 3 drinks. The valet (yes, there's a 30 dollar per day fee) was terrific, you can walk almost anywhere from here, outdoor pool and spa. And amazing customer service across the board. Not to mention all kinds of space to hang out and enjoy the sunsets."

"This was our 1st time staying here. The hotel needs some work The carpet was loose and frayed. The door had some chipped damage the bathroom entry shows damage to the wood. The sink shows a lot of use. The staff was great. Professional and knowledgeable. The bedding was clean. This hotel could use a remodel. The Casino was good the restaurants were good also. Thank you for allowing us to make our comments useful to those whom will make some improvements"

"Tim who operated the shuttle service was excellent. The hotel location was good. The front desk was adequate and staff was generally cordial. The breakfast food kept running out , the tables in the breakfast room were not clean and the decor was very dated."

"I have previously reviewed how terrible this place was, but this is an update on their management. I booked a stay for May 7–10, 2026. The property was so filthy that we absolutely could not stay. My son has autism, and the overwhelming smell was a major issue for both him and myself. After I left my initial review, management contacted me. Because I gave a 24-hour cancellation notice, I expected that at least two out of the three nights would be refunded. So far, I have received NOTHING. Not only do I strongly advise against staying here due to the poor condition of the hotel, but I am also incredibly disappointed by their dishonesty. I will continue to post an update on my experience every week until management actually follows through and responds to me."

"The hotel was great. Using Expedia to book the room was NOT! I am officially done using Expedia. We purchased a very specific room on Expedia to accommodate two young boys with special needs, my wife, and myself who has my own specific medical needs. Upon arriving at the hotel at around 10:30 pm, we were told by the hotel that the room Expedia sold us earlier that afternoon, had not been available for at least a week. They reported that Expedia was starting to do this more and more. Mixing up reservations, booking rooms that aren't available. The hotel staff was very friendly and apologetic, wanting to do more but they were completely booked. The Expedia staff on the other hand, despite the false advertising and selling us a room that wasn't adequate for our needs, resulting in a very bad nights sleep and some medical issues that next day as a result, seemed to do very little to help. Well... they did offer to try and find a similar room in Albuquerque at 11:30 at night if we wanted to gather everything and take that gamble. At that point I didn't trust Expedia to find us anything better. I was told I could not get a refund since the reservation was canceled, even though they sold me something that didn't exist. Only told they could try and contact the hotel to get me a refund in the difference of the price of the two rooms. Only, the room we ended up would have been $15 more than what I already paid. So there was no money to be refunded. Expedia = Buyer beware"
