"The best things about this place is the updated decor and the arcade. The waterpark is much smaller than I expected, there isn’t even a wave pool. It’s well designed for small kids with two designated areas for younger ones; one with slides/ sprinklers and a bigger one with playground style steps, sprinkler and slides. The lazy river is nice especially because of the bay-like entrance. But that’s about all it has. Besides the fact that this place is small, I was disappointed with the service. Our room wasn’t ready until 40mins after check-in time, the sweet shoppe opened almost 20mins late, and the high line cafe had one staff working the front for the morning. The best thing about this place was the arcade which had nice games at 6-12 credits each, play-til-you-win claw machine games that guaranteed a prize for the little ones, and the redemption place had low point quantity prizes. There were so many kids running around unsupervised and making noise in the hallway well past the 9pm quiet time so I feel they are also lacking in security staff. I think this place has so much potential. Idk if they are reducing staff to cut costs but it affects customer satisfaction. "
