"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。 たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。 その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。 館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。 次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

"This was one of the best places we stayed on our travels! There were two large sofas so all 4 of us could sit comfortably. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook. It was nice to have our own balcony to sit out. Our host helped us with a driver and was generally very helpful. "

We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so.
