"No spa "

"Rude untrained incompetent staff! We woke up freezing around 1 am & called the front desk to inform them we had no heat, I checked the thermostat & discovered the batteries were dead. We asked the night desk clerk for 2 aaa batteries, he became agitated & refused, he said if they had any they were in the utility room on the top floor & he can't leave the desk, I recommended he call a co-worker & he claimed he could not as it was against company policy! He asked for time to figure out a solution,...

"Room was clean and stocked. Bed comfortable. Staff were welcoming and available for questions and service. Close to highway access as well."

"The room was nice and everything we needed was stocked. Could use a snack bar in the hotel so don't have to walk to the casino. Otherwise a well run property."

"For a budget hotel, it's okay. The bedding cover feels stiff and like the one ply toilet paper provided. The free breakfast wasn't terrible. We requested extra pillows and they only provided one for two of us. The staff were friendly. Overall you get what you pay for. "
