"Our room smelled terrible like cat urine. Our bathroom door was tore off comoletely...the shower rod was broken and hanging barely by a zip tie...the bathtub was filthy and there was only lukewarm water not hot water for showers..the lights didnt work...the thing that really got us was no mention of a $60 deposit plus a $9 fee of some kind "
