Excellent service, nice pool, good selection of food and drink, friendly and helpful staff

This was an oasis for 5 nights after a terrible road journey. (Ghana's main roads are currently in a terrible state). We loved everything about the hotel - staff, food, location and a great pool. Thank you!

I had a great stay. Very nice hotel in a good location for great price. Staff are very kind and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Really enjoyed eating outdoors by the palm trees in the morning.

The propert comes exactly has described. If i could give 10 stars , i would have. Great atmosphere and very inviting. There is also 24/7 security on site. Please note this is self catering facility but it's great value for money

Long weekend stay completely unplanned. Stayed extra two nights because my daughter and i enjoyed our time there. A big thank you to Sarah in reception who was supportive with helping find a PCR test provider. The poolside staff are fantastic thank you for making my watermelon and ginger juice. Everyone is polite high level of professionalism and they take care of you.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The chalet was comfortable, very clean and we loved sitting out on the outside veranda. We were welcomed by the owners and staff. The gardens were lovingly looked after and the flowering plants beautiful. It is important for people to know that part of the road access to the property involves untarred road! But stick with it for Charlestina is at the end of the road and well worth the trek. We would definitely stay here again.
