"We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great. "We decided to stay over in Shinjuku while visiting Tokyo area from Osaka where we our extended stay was. The flat was great - spacious and comfortable - and exactly what we were hoping for in our short overnight stay. Just a short walk from Shinjuku and just what we needed for our family of six."
