"The property is very nice, comfortable and 24 hr gate security. No one can and will get past the entry gate if you are not a guest. Very quiet, clean and AC worked wonderfully 💯. The water went out a few times but this comes with the country happenings .. Staff very nice and helpful. You will need a car or UBER to move around. FYI driving in Costa Rica is a nightmare .. please consider your plans. I am a native but live in the US.. would definitely stay again . "

"This property is just as advertised. Very spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was sumptuous with a wide variety of options for different cultures. I love the fact that each room has a large refrigerator for storage microwave and a stove if you wish to cook for yourself. Staff was very friendly. I had a lot of questions initially and the front desk staff was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel "

"I stayed at this property with my children. We chose this place due to the proximity to the airport. We had a wonderful restful stay. The property is in a gated community. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet, safe and family friendly. There was private parking and street parking. Owners gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. "I like this place because it was so close to the airport and not real expensive. We only stayed one night so we could catch our plane early in the morning. At first I wasn’t sure how safe the area was when we first pulled up but once we stayed for a little while and watched the people walking around the streets we realized it was very safe. Perfect for what we needed "

"Reallu great experience, the host was great and the location is amazing. My only conpaint is tge running trains are a bit loud, but San Jose is a noisy place no matter where you stay so no stars lost. Ill try to stay here again soon."

"Muy mal. No pude utilizar la reservación. El hotel tiene varios días de estar clausurado por remodelación. Tuve que buscar alojamiento en otro lugar, con los consecuentes inconvenientes. Exijo que se me reintegre inmediatamente el monto que Hoteles.com cargó en mi tarjeta de crédito."

"The Prado was very good The only thing that I did not like about it was the neighborhood it was in it seems to be in a lot for some sort of construction place I don't know exactly what that was but anyway the hotel was clean the staff was friendly the breakfast was okay I have had better but it wasn't bad overall it was pretty good neighborhood was the only thing that I didn't care for"
