"Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. "It’s a fantastic lodge in the middle of the kungör. The cabins are very rustic, but has electricity and a private bathroom. Wi-Fi in the public building. Good food, wine and beer in the restaurant. Nice tours in the jungle and fantastic personel. If you don’t expect a five star hotel, than you get a five star experience."

"The property and surroundings were beautiful. The room was very nice and fit our family of four perfectly. We loved hearing the nature noise maker surrounding us and the nature hike was really fun too. I would recommend a 4x4 to get to the property, it is a good ways up a bumpy road."

"We were looking for an “off-tourist” spot since we flew in from nyc and were driving up to La fortuna. This was an absolute gem. Plenty space for kids to run/play, hot springs, gorgeous river stream. We only had one morning, but would’ve easily stayed for a couple nights if we didn’t have our next stop scheduled! Totally recommend this place - be prepared as this is more like a high-end “glamping”. Plenty beds and sleeping accommodations. Very respectful and accommodating staff. "
