"It was wonderful if you’re looking for a budget motel with mice and a room that smells like pet urine , this is your place. Your ambience will include patched walls and ceiling and a nice finish of torn carpet. To be fair, we asked if they were pet friendly and they did accommodate us. The staff was apologetic and very helpful, I don’t think there any other options in this area, so it is what it is."

"The Baxa Inn is a modest inn nestled near the heart of Buckcannon. Our family of 3 stayed 2 nights for a family memorial service and the staff went out of their way to support our needs during a difficult time. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower was refreshing. At a good price, was perfect for our needs."

"You could tell the room hadn’t properly been clean. There was toothpaste all over the sink stuff all over the walls. The covers had cigarette burns and the whole place just smell like cigarettes even though I got a non-smoking room I booked a room with a single king bed and they changed it to a room with two full beds instead"
