"Staff was nice, hotel was clean but a bit outdated. No extras, breakfast was an extra charge, no coffee like other hotels have for free in the am. Nowhere to fill your water bottle, but the staff at the bar did fill it for me. Still nice, safe, clean place to stay. Relatively decent priced."

"Front desk staff was very nice but understaffed. Toilet didn’t flush and we should have been moved to another room but that did not happen until we insisted. Four girls had to use the lobby bathroom. Poor communication between plumber and staff and us. Pool closing The heated pool was not heated and no towels. The jacuzzi did not work."

"The only thing was the smoke detector was chirping all day and night (room 326). Lloy-Ann replaced the battery and it didn't help. She did offer to switch out our room, but we declined. Otherwise, we loved our stay. That's our hotel any time we are in White Plains, NY, for a church convention. We highly recommend. Thank you, Baymont by Windham staff. God bless you.
