"Check-in person was very nice and helpful. We were given an upstairs room as requested. It was very large but unfinished. There was no place to hang our clothes. There was no light over the bathroom sink. There was no light by the corner chair (not possible to read there at night). One change from the last time I was at the hotel : there is a mattress cover. Not a positive change since it makes crunchy noises. Also, since they are updating the hotel, I suggest they attach large bottles...

"The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. But our parking space was too small for our pickup because those next to us were too close to our space. No staff was there so we parked farther out in the yard."

"Make sure you arrive on time because this is not a 24 hr facility - nonetheless staff went over and above to help me out with a lockout. Lol"

"Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, garbage under the foldout bed, booger under the lightswitch in the bathroom. Arms of the chairs were dirty/discolored. Couch cushion had a huge tear in it. Lamp had a hole in it. Room stank and was muskey, we had to leave the windows open. Front desk person was rarely there and the language barrier made communication difficult. Way over priced! Paid a high price thinking we were getting something nice for a special trip....it was far from nice....looked nothing...
