" The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. It was more of a 30 minute walk to shopping, not 13 minutes. Restaurants nearby were fair and the nicer ones were about a 20 minute walk. Our room was wonderful and loved the balcony. We did not use the amenities or the hotel restaurant."

"The breakfast was typical, nothing special, those coffee machines should be banned in all of italy! Unfortunately, all hotels are now using them, the coffee is horrible, it's italy, the coffee should be an experience! "

"Exceedingly accommodating staff. I flew in from Toronto and Giorgia at check-in kindly arranged for me to have my room ahead of schedule, which made a huge difference after traveling. The team was incredibly prompt with delivering towels, water, and anything else I needed. I truly appreciated the hospitality and loved my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean.
