"The mini bus arrangement is absolutely a mess. We booked the shuttle bus and as a result of having no seats. I have to pay extra money to go to the hotel at the end. I complained and the receptionist gave me an email to report this issue and no reply from the hotel yet. The facility in the room is always having problems. We had booked for 4 rooms, one room with broken hair dryer and one room with noise in the bathroom (no idea where the noise coming from) and half broke sink the water goes down...

"The hotel was overall amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the property is very well maintained. There is some light wear in the main areas and bathroom, but nothing that takes away from the experience. It still feels very nice, not dated at all, and hits all the important notes. It is also close to everything, making it a very convenient and enjoyable stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Loved the location."

"The property location was great and the room and breakfast were good. The only issues were that the air conditioning wasn’t working throughout the hotel and we weren’t made aware of this. It was only when we got to the room and tried it that we found this out. We were given a fan to use but the room was very hot. Also, the pool wasn’t operational but again we weren’t made aware of that."

"The place is awesome. Plenty of things to do, beautiful gym and a rooftop pool. Outdoor pool by the lake is gorgeous. Staff is very professional and very friendly. Had a fantastic stay and we highly recommend it."

"Las habitaciones impecables, el personal muy amable y profesional, el desayuno era bueno, de 9, y el bar muy bien servido. La zona de piscina no es muy grande y aunque hay aparcamiento gratis, una vez se completan las plazas en el hotel, hay que llevar el coche a una parcela que está junto al hotel pero no muy bien preparada de aparcamiento y sin mucho control."

"Abbiamo soggiornato al Mirtillo Rosso NH Collection per una settimana, due adulti e una bimba di due anni, e possiamo dire senza esitazione che è un piccolo angolo di paradiso. La nostra camera era spaziosa e molto curata, dotata di tutto il necessario anche per i più piccoli: culla, fasciatoio e mangiapannolini. Un’attenzione ai dettagli che abbiamo apprezzato fin dal primo momento, così come il regalo di benvenuto per la nostra bimba. La struttura è perfettamente organizzata per le famiglie....

"L'Albergo è raffinato,molto spazioso e con dotazioni artistiche (quadri,tappetti, arabeschi,salotti) e rifiniture di pregio. Bellissima la fontana esterna e il lungo corridoio che collega l'hotel Dino al Simplion (una galleria d'arte) . La 2 piscine sono molto belle e pulite e dotate di spogliatoi forniti. La spiaggia riservata con la struttura portante è magnifica. Vi sono moltissime sale conferenze. Il personale è accogliente , gentile e molto professionale. Raccomando la qualità del caffè...

"Come here if you'd like to find out what great Italian home cooking tastes like. We had two diners here, and regret we didn't have more. The minestrone soup, lasagna and aubergine Parm are so fresh and refreshing, even though I'm used to the great Italian restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn. It's nice to have a comforting dinner overlooking the lake, after a day of sight seeing, and finishing with home made apple cake and ice cream or rum with chocolate."

"Schönes Hotel in super Lage direkt am See und nettes Personal. Leider war der Mülleimer in Bad bei Ankunft nicht geleert und der Kühlschrank hat anfangs nicht funktioniert, aber die Anliegen wurden schnell behoben. Ansonsten alles sauber, das Frühstück war sehr gut"
