Amazing hotel. Very beautiful and well designed boutique hotel! Just 10 minutes walk to old town! Very close to multiple restaurants and coffee shops! Staffs are beyond nice and kind! Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful hotel, beautiful decor, clean. The owners are lovely; Idriss and Khadija helped me with everything, even driving me to a restaurant. I will definitely return.

Absolutely charming small hotel. Spotlessly clean, wonderful pool and lovely friendly staff. A real bargain. So glad I stayed here instead of ugly Izmir. A total gem of a hotel.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Rüzgargülü. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Es handelt sich um einen liebevoll geführten Familienbetrieb, bei dem man sich direkt willkommen und wohl fühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: Das beliebte Zentrum von Alaçatı ist vom Hotel aus in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Gleichzeitig ist das Hotel sehr sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! ❤️

Eşimle fark ettiğimi kötü özellikler 1- resepsiyonda kimseyi bulamadık her gittiğimizde telefonla arayıp çağırmak zorunda kaldık 2- ses yalıtımı berbattı yandaki öksürse sesi geliyor, kapının önünden geçenlerin sesi odanın içerisinde 3- odanın konumu itibari ile özel alan diye bir şey kalmıyor, direkt havuz alanına açılan bir pencere mevcut kimisi için iyi olabilir ancak biz kalın perdeyi örtmeden oturamadık 4- oda imkanları kısıtlı, otel terliği yoktu, önceki müşteriden yarım kalan tuvalet kağıdı mevcuttu İşletme sahibi güleryüzlü ilgiliydi ne yazık ki çok denk gelemedik.

İLGİSİZLİK

Temizlik ve konum açısından gayet güzeldi. Fakat resepsiyon görevlisi vs. çok ilgisizdi. Önce girişte 14.00 Dan önce gittik fakat beklememiz gerektiği söylendi. Sonrasında 14.10 da anca odamıza girebildik. Çıkışta ise 20 dk boyunca resepsiyon bekledik. Ama yine de gelen olmadı. Oradaki temizlik görevlisi olan arkadaş yardımcı oldu .Ve bundan dolayı HAVAŞ konusunda problem yaşadık. Otel konum ve temizlik açısından güzel olmasına rağmen ilgisiz davranış yapıldı. Doğru düzgün bilgilendirme dahi yapılmadı.
