"Las habitaciones son cómodas, pero el pasillo es un tanto ruidoso por ser el punto de encuentro de los clientes que no recuerdan que hay más huéspedes alojados, sobre todo por la noche, pero no es culpa del hotel."

"Que des chaînes espagnols pas de YouTube ni Netflix, chambre poussiéreuse, presque personne ne parle anglais dans un hôtel..
Porte du balcon qui ne ferme pas.
Bruit d’une lumière dans le halle devant notre porte qui clignoter et fesait du bruit toute la nuit.
Suite à plus de 200€ la nuit je rapel, tout est payant dans le mini bar pas de bagagiste, pas de volet sur les fenêtres donc lumiere a partir de 7h tous le monde debout. Oubliez les graces mat."

"The hotel's greatest asset is its location. Walking just two or three blocks in either direction brings you to the sea. To the right, you'll find beautiful beaches as well as an excellent restaurant with delicious food and a genuinely friendly staff.

"1.how does this hotel be rated as 4*? Everything is so rundown and dusty
2. Zero towels in my Presidential Room. I had to ask for them.
3. No Kleenex in room
4. The towels delivered to my room all smelled like cigarette smoke
5. Pebbles in the shower room flower has some missing pebbles
6. Floor is so worn out
7. No bellboy to help with luggage
8.I was told at check-in that buffet breakfast would be served until 11am. When I got there at 10:40am but was refused service. "

"We spent one night in this hotel. my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star establishment.
Several issues contributed to this negative experience:
• The room was not properly maintained: the laundry was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor
• The furniture was old and worn, which diminished the overall comfort and appearance of the room.
