We then asked for new room options and the new rooms again, had dirty sheets, odor, and one room had a hole in the bathroom wall allowing mosquitoes into the room. "The hotel was unreachable on the number mentioned on the booking. There was a hotel with same name although they didn’t had my reservation. Had to struggle with different parties eventually cancelling the reservation and making an on spot reservation to a different hotel. "
