We had an wonderful experience at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa. The hotel is simply beautiful with breath-taking views of the Champagne region. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating.

Luxe, calme et volupté Le Royal Champagne a réalisé l'un des rêves : avoir un hôtel de luxe dans un cadre contemporain dans ma région natale. J'y ai le plaisir d'y séjourner 3 nuits qui furent l'occasion de savourer la qualité du lieu, son calme, une décoration soignée alliant modernité, matériaux haut de gamme et "coocooning". Le confort et le service sont au rendez-vous de la prise des clefs par le voiturier jusqu'au check out avec une surprise champenoise pour me donner qu'une envie : revenir. Adepte des nouveaux hôtels haut de gamme et des prestations associées, j'ai pu me délecter de ma suite royale et de tous ses équipements (coin salon, terrasse avec vue magnifique sur le vignoble champenois, baignoire grand format, literie d'une qualité rare). Le service est à la hauteur d'un tel établissement et ajoute au plaisir du séjour. Une mention spéciale à Clément qui a su rendre les prestations room service sur mesure avec discrétion, respect et sourire. Mention spéciale n°2 pour Lise à la conciergerie qui a su traiter toutes mes demandes avec patience, qualité et sens du service. J'ai été ravie de mettre un visage à l'auteur de mon programme savamment concocté pour profiter de toute la région. Pour finir (the last but not the least!), le SPA ... un cadre idyllique (espace, vue, équipements). Quel plaisir de commencer mon road trip champenois par quelques brasses matinales.

Absolutely Parfait!! Top shelf service around every corner - Warm service from the Valets to the Front Desk to the Restaurants' Staff to the Spa Support Staff! The property is very beautiful and elegant. Slick understated Euro elegance... (James Bond must have stayed here at some point!) The panoramic views of Epernay and the valley are amazing and continue to change with the colors of the sky as the day and evening progress... We look forward to our next visit!

Spectacular views and exceptional amenities!
This is an amazing hotel in a remote location with beautiful amazing spectacular views wonderful amenities and very comfortable high quality rooms. The spa and pool area are exceptional. The only negative is the service in the main restaurant is lacking. It was hard to order food or drinks or get anyone to pay attention to you.

Super mooi hotel. Fantastisch uitzicht. Heerlijke kamers. Wel jammer dat watertoevoer in douche niet goed was en een vd tegels gebroken was. Dat hoort niet in een hotel van dit kaliber. Restaurant mooi. Erg mooi terras. Eten redelijk. Bediening amateuristisch. Menu aanpassen in verband met dieetwens niet mogelijk. Weinig mogelijkheden voor vegetariërs.

Stunning views over Epernay
The location and view are stunning. The rooms are spectacular. Sadly the restaurant service (the terrace restaurant, not their Michelin star) was quite slow at times and the food was better in other restaurants we visited. Overall a great stay though.

Séjour merveilleux dans ce sublime hôtel. Rien à redire tout était parfait de notre arrivée à notre départ. Le personnel est agréable et bienveillant, l'hôtel est bien pensé et très beau, la vue de la chambre est parfaite et le SPA est super. Nous n'avons pas mangé sur place donc je ne me prononcerai pas concernant le restaurant, mais le bar est très bien et le petit déjeuner est très bon. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
