"Great find!!! Great staff! Awesome spa area which was maintained very well, and fun little bar. The only it did lack was food on premises, but, literally right outside the hotel doors, there are plenty of options! All around a great hotel"

"Room was clean. Didn't get to need anything from the staff. Only thing we asked for was an iron which they didn't have. I only stayed for the night. The air conditioner worked fine. Now, the hallway doors were open for everyone. Like if someone from outside decided to enter, it was open. That was weird. Other than that, everything was good."

"Not a safe place for a single woman traveling alone. No staff present when I arrived. Interior was not as pictured. Grateful to get a refund and do not feel this property should be featured on Expedia. "

"Parking felt safe, the staff at the front desk was always very nice and helpful, inly complaint was we stayed 9 days and not one time did room service come to change out sheets on the bed and had to actually ask one of the room service ladies for a couple of new towels."

"Great hospitality, breakfast was good, pool and hot tub were actually functional and nice which is not the case at every hotel. The hotel bar was also nice."

"The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get."

"We asked for a disabled room and we’re given one full-size bed for two people. We were switched to another room with two beds however, the toilet would not flush. The breakfast was very minimal and there were loud partiers outside of our window at 2 AM one of the worst stays we’ve ever had in a hotel. "

"The room was clean, but they only do made service every three days. You can ask, but it does get messy quickly. I wished they would have said something about the construction or renovations going on. Walls open with insulation, pool area roof open and coverd with plastic, strange smell in elevator. I would have found another hotel if I need of the work going on."

"Staff and breakfast were great. Beds were comfortable. However, the hotel was nothing like the reviews we read. Carpets were dirty and room was run down."

"I had a really nice stay up until the last morning someone came into my room while I was in the shower. The only reason I know this is because I heard the door shut after I turned the water off. Besides that, the staff is really nice, the room was clean, the breakfast was good the one day that I went down for it. I would definitely stay again and maybe remember to lock the door next time."
