"I was very disappointed in this property. Once I checked in I noticed the fridge was broken. While I was at dinner they replaced it with a different dirty broken fridge. When my husband went to the desk the only solution offered was to keep our items in a fridge where staff can only access or get ice from the bar. It was only until after I went to the desk and spoke to someone different that they were even willing to change our rooms so we did not need to wait until the following morning for a...

" The room was a good size, but the carpet looked stained and dirty. The walking shower floor was very slippery. The breakfast was fine. "

"Good room overall, it was silent even if right next to the airport. I was surprised that there was no water bottle (they have a reusable glass one that you can refill at the ONE fountain available on each floor, but it's not great when you're thirsty in the middle of the night). There was also no beauty kit or slippers in the room. The room was clean but the hotel show it's age with of ceramic tiles in the bathroom."
