Gostei muito do hotel no geral. É novo e está muito bem conservado. Mas o que mais me chamou a atenção foi a limpeza da cama. Foi a primeira vez que não tive que pensar duas vezes para pegar um cobertor num hotel, para me cobrir. Período de frio, tinha um edredom na cama, branco e limpo assim como os lençóis. No banheiro, toalhas boas, branquinhas, e um secador de cabelo grande. O café da manhã, achei bem gostoso, não senti falta de nada. Sem variedade de bolos, mas tem croissant e um pãozinho doce muito bons e pão de queijo macio e gostoso. Seguro, acionamento do elevador com o cartão do quarto. Vi pessoas reclamarem da garagem, realmente, um pouco estranha a entrada, precisa manobrar um pouco, mas deu tudo certo. E o valor cobrado foi justo, 10,00 reais.Tem dois pisos de garagem. Se tiver carro grande prefira o segundo piso, é mais espaçoso e tem vagas para idosos. Também pode estacionar na frente do hotel, só que às 8 horas vai precisar adquirir o estacionamento municipal através de um aplicativo.

O acesso de carro a entrada ao hotel é muito complicada, não há uma indicação sobre o problema, vc só descobre quando entra com o carro para descarregar as malas, a saída pode danificar o carro, não há espaço de manobra para carros de maiores e a entrada da garagem é mal projeta para entrar, vc tem dar uma volta na quadra e para completar as vagas são extremamente pequenas o que faz com que infinitas manobras sejam necessárias.

Quando fui fazer check-in com minha esposa e minha filha, para minha surpresa, não havia acomodação disponível para três pessoas, ou seja, o hotel tinha respondido que a reserva estava concretizada para três pessoas, o que não foi cumprido, e o pior, nem as funcionárias do dia sabiam. O café da manhã muito fraco, pouca variedade. Garagem horrível, difícil de estacionar. Precisava de várias manobras para não enroscar nos pilares e paredes.
