Great location hotel. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms only cleaned every 3 days which meant we were always chasing for top ups of teabags/milk and toilet roll. Very hard beds. Bar charges a “service charge” for pouring your drink and passing it to you - not table service - which we all ...

Great location. Nice, big rooms with large beds, very clean. All staff very friendly. Would stay again when next in Bristol.
