We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and always have a great experience. The staff is always friendly, the rooms and entire property very clean and maintained. The location is convenient for going downtown but not so close that there's a lot of noise or crowds.

The concierge was very helpful. I had been at MUSC and had my eyes dialated. I arrived a little earlier than check in, and Bruce, found me a room available. He was very professional and helpful.
