Posh with friendly service. Excellent meals at both restaurants with novel drinks. Beautiful decor for holiday season. Comfortable room with great view from 7th floor. Convenient downtown location.

Main area of the hotel we’re really well done and upscale. Rooms while clean were fairly dated and could use a facelift. Staff was very nice and helpful

Check in staff was absolutely terrific! Great customer service! She was thorough but didn’t speak too fast instead relayed all pertinent info for my stay in a conversational manner with politeness. Room was great.
