The rooms were spacious and clean, the view was beautiful, staff were friendly and the food at the hotel restaurant was very nice, also a dip in the swimming pool in the hot afternoon was relaxing. There is a beautiful temple only 5 minutes walking from the hotel. The only thing maybe inconvenient is that there is no other restaurant available around the hotel. We enjoyed every minute staying at this hotel and would love to revisit again.

All of their staffs are very helpful and accommodating making us a very welcome and happy stay. Especially, the young lady, Duong Pham, is an exceptional service personnel. You will be very welcome there. The country side view is one of a kind beauty. The free breakfast is great with native and western foods. You will like it here.

Spectacular hotel with a great view!

This was an amazing hotel up in the mountain. It's far from the city but well worth it because the hotel has everything you need. Most importantly it has the most amazing view of the rice fields, the city and the sunset is spectacular. Food in the restaurant was awesome and staff very friendly.

Arrival: Welcome greeting by front staffs. Easy checkin. Good walk to the room. Everything were great. Very good vibe. Room: Simple. Clean. Seperate restroom. Have a cold small refrigerator, a hair-dryer, a TV, and a large balcony for a view. View: A one-of-a-kind beautiful view with green rice fields, mysterious sorrounding mountains... It's unreal. Foods: Tasty breakfast with choices of Vietnamese Pho, Banh Cuon, or Bun Bo (Beef Noodle), or the usual western style (eggs, ham, bread...). They're all good. The coffee is good enough to stir up the morning. We have dinner hot pot of basa fish and it's excellent. Price is reasonable. Services: Shout out to Duong. She is friendly, helped us make table reservation, order dinner, accomodate our breakfast, happy to answer every questions we had about the property... all with a beautiful smile. That's what customer sevice is about. Front desk staffs were also helped us calling taxi for our hiking destination. It was a good price for a round trip. We will come again.

Plus - Fantastisk utsikt från balkong och pool - Ok restaurang men dyr. Negativt: - Avlägset läge - Standarden på rummet var ganska slitet - Långt att ta sig till andra restauranger - Utflykterna som hotellet erbjöd hade ca dubbla priset jämfört med om man bokar själv via lokal guide vilket vi gjorde och fick helt fantastiska utflykter. Generellt kändes hotellet som vad man kan förvänta sig av ett 3-stjärnigt hotell på landsbygden. Vi hade 3 bra nätter pga att vi verkligen uppskattade den fantastiska utsikten och mysiga läget.

Sofortige Hilfe organisiert

Leider wurde das Hotel bei unserer Ankunft wegen Convid 19 geschlossen. Das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht uns eine sofortige Weiterreise zu ermöglichen.Wir waren unglaublich froh das Taxi und die Fähre organisiert zu bekommen.Super Service.

Beautiful views and some concerns

The views are stunning! The staff try and be as helpful as possible. Few speak English and others do their best to try which is awesome as we don't speak a word of Vietnamese unfortunately. The internet didn't work well at all and regularly cut out. We are staying in a place that is less than half the price in the same town and the internet is super fast so they can do much better. The staff held our luggage while we went for a walk before leaving the mountain. They also had an excellent currency exchange rate. On our first night, the man who checked us in entered a lower amount for the exchange and when I pointed out the discrepancy he quickly was only able to exchange a smaller amount only - this was very disappointing as I just happened to catch what he entered on the calculator while my husband wasn't paying attention. The other staff were much more honest and accurate. It is expensive to get up and down the mountain and they don't have a shuttle any longer. They also don't offer free bottled water and that isn't clear in the room as their write up says there are 2 bottles of mineral water but they fill up a glass bottle and leave it in the bathroom and then one can refill up at the restaurant. The problem is that the water at the restaurant that they offer tastes like it has chlorine or something in it so it's not as tasty as the bottled water. The views are breathtaking. We loved the variety of fruit at breakfast - it was excellent and they had some vegan options.

Hotel carino ma troppo caro per quel che offre

L’hotel è in una posizione molto bella, sulle montagne con vista sulla vallata di sotto. La struttura non è nuovissima e la piscina non è esattamente come nella foto. Diciamo che considerato il prezzo medio degli hotel in Vietnam questo non ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La cosa peggiore però è stata che la colazione viene servita dalle 6, noi siamo arrivati alle 6.05 e molte cose erano già finite, e non sono state rimesse, almeno fino a quando ce ne siamo andati alle 7.30 circa...

Our mountain getaway

We have now stayed at the Victoria in both Nui Sam and Chau Doc several times and stopped over for meals as well. We like the remote aspect for Victoria Nui Sam, it has a real get away aspect. Of course as it is in Vietnam, the Wifi is good. We chose a room with a balcony that has the gorgeous expansive view that overlooks the pool. Lots of good spots for pictures. The room has plenty of amenities, many TV channels, and complimentary coffee/tea and waters. The food is good and there are lots of drink options. We usually get the pool to ourselves during the day. The staff are friendly and know some English. The hotel is half way up the mountain, which we walk up to see Cambodia on the other side. There are some excursions that can be organized by the hotel. We would definitely recommend it.

Amazing views

Beautiful views from from rooms, pool, restaurant, unbelievable and a photographers dream. Rooms were awesome, showers were small and didn’t really fit the incredible room. I would suggest they upgrade the showers. Road to hotel is being built, so it’s a rough go, but should be resolved quickly.

Relax prima di approdare in Cambogia

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel in attesa di prendere il motoscafo per Phnom Penh il giorno seguente. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata! Hotel ricco di atmosfera, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo l'escursione sul delta del Mekong, con una vista spettacolare sulle risaie e campi circostanti e una piscina a sfioro molto bella. Abbiamo cenato in hotel e siamo rimasti soddisfatti, anche la colazione molto buona, varia e abbondante. Lo consiglio.

Beautiful
