"Excellent location, really accessible. Clean, if slightly spartan room. Poor soundproofing led to some invasive noise from the bars and clubs on Grande Allée, and from other guest rooms."

"The hotel is in a fantastic location. It’s very pleasant, clean, and perfectly blends Old Quebec charm with modern style. The staff were incredibly friendly and approachable—they even handled a quick request about our room temperature immediately. ​As a bonus, our room had a gorgeous view of the Quebec rooftops and the St. Lawrence River! ​The only downside is the pool; it’s quite small and felt more like a children’s pool—it was a tight fit for five people. Also, be aware of the valet parking fee ($35/day + tip), which can feel like a hidden cost if you aren't prepared for it. Overall, a great experience!"

"I recently stayed at Hilton Quebec and overall had a pleasant experience, but I was very disappointed with the massage service setup. I had booked the treatment in advance expecting a proper spa environment; however, the massage took place in a very small room that felt more like a makeshift space within the gym/locker area than a true spa. It did not meet the standards one would expect from a Hilton property. That said, the personnel were friendly and professional, and the massage itself was good. My concern is entirely with the location and setup provided. I believe Hilton can and should offer a more appropriate and relaxing environment for this type of service"

"Positives: Restaurant Ciel has an amazing view and good food. The staff is polite but nothing remarkable and communication between staff seems to lack when we need something in the room to be checked. 9 minutes by foot from the Convention center of Quebec. Negatives: 1)Poor air circulation, we couldn't see the radiator at the beginning of our stay because furniture was in front of it. But even when we were able to turn it on, the air still felt dry and we worked up every night to drink water. Also no water bottle offered by the hotel at the beginning to f the stay. 2) The mattress and the pillow was too firm. We didn't sleep well. 3) the spas in the hotel was barely warm. Almost the same temperature of the pool. 4) the phone wasn't working in our room. Just take any cheap loft nearby and don't bother to pay more to go to Le Concorde."

"Stayed in a 2 family room that was very damaged, and the air conditioning was broken. I was surprised that there was such a room there because I never had this kind of issue with Hotel Classique over the years. Weekend was saved by the very helpful and responding staff."

"Nous avons payé pour avoir une chambre avec balcon donnant sur le jardin intérieur mais de notre balcon, on ne voyait rien car notre balcon était enclavé entre un mur et d'autres balcons. De plus, une grande plante face à notre balcon cachait le peu de vue qu'il restait. J'ai voulu appeler la réception pour demander une autre chambre avec une vraie vue comme on avait payé, mais le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas. En descendant un peu plus tard à la réception, j'ai signalé que le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas car j'avais essayé de les appeler et le réceptionniste n'a pas réagi. Il n'est pas intervenu pour faire réparer le téléphone et n'a pas cherché à savoir pourquoi j'avais appelé. Ensuite le son de la télé ne pouvait pas être monté à plus que 22 et nous avons été incapables de suivre une émission à laquelle on tenait car il y avait un concert au resto qui, même avec la porte du balcon fermée, nous empêchait d'entendre la télé dans notre chambre à cause du volume du son bloqué trop bas. Enfin, on ne pouvait pas dormir car des voisins parlaient et riaient sur leur balcon jusqu'à 1h du matin et on ne pouvait pas appeler la réception pour le signaler étant donné que le téléphone n'avait pas été réparé. En résumé, très déçu d'avoir payé ce prix pour une si mauvaise expérience."
